Hilary Duff's ex-husband accused of rape

Los Angeles: Hollywood star Hilary Duff's previous spouse Mike Comrie is under scrutiny by the Los Angeles Police Department for allegedly assaulting a lady, a media report said.

The lady has denounced the 36-year-old previous hockey player of assaulting her at his home here, however he asserts it was consensual, tmz.com investigated Wednesday.

"There is an open examination of rape including Comrie," Los Angeles Police Department Officer Liliana Preciado affirmed.

Comrie supposedly met with the lady on Saturday at a bar here. They later went to his apartment suite in West Hollywood and she guaranteed that she was sexually struck different circumstances.

After the detailed occurrence, the lady went to a restorative focus to complete an assault unit. Comrie hasn't discharged an official proclamation yet however as indicated by police reports, he denied the allegation.
